I like dunkin donuts in general but I hate this location. The drive thru is convenient but every time ive come here they're out of something, whether it's a sauce or a type of bun

If you are looking for fresh bagels, do NOT get them here. Better at a grocery store! Very disappointing! Would rather give it NO stars!

Donuts are usually small and stale. I always order the same coffee, but it's quality is wildly inconsistent. The repeatedly have items on the menu that are either discontinued, and they "run out" of others.

I stopped in here to get some Dunkin K-cups. since it was a Friday and had a houseguest, I got some donuts for the following morning. we each had a donut hours after I picked it up and was STALE. STALE as in didnt even tast like it was made that day. Also didnt have nuch of a selection. (NO chocolate cake or coconut? - I thought if you were open 24 hr, the donuts should ALWAYS be fresh!

Bad service, bad attitude, taking my bussiness elsewhere. Rude and slow service, so I just walk away and got my coffee from mcds across the street

The lady working there was a little on the slow side, which was a bit annoying especially because I stood there for a good 5 minutes while she was doing god knows what. I'm usually patient because I have family that works in the food industry and I myself work in retail; I know how impatient customers don't help the cause and end up hurting instead. What I couldn't figure out was why was there only one lady working at this location if there was a drive thru to manage as well as the regular counter. It would've been smart to have an extra person to handle the customers inside the restaurant when another employee was servicing the drive thru. Nothing bad to say about the coffee, or the cleanliness of the restaurant. I'll drop by again if I'm in the neighborhood, hopefully the service will be a little bit faster.

Fast. Reliable. Great service! If they do not have something you order in stock, they give you freebies at the window. Employees here are wonderful.

The only reason we go here in the morning is because of the location and the fact that everything else on the way to the train station with a drive thru only sells greasy foods that upset my stomach. So if there was another place in the area to get a fresh onion bagel with chive cream cheese I'd be there in a heart beat. The food is decent and about what you expect from Dunkin Donuts, however, my beef with this location stems from the service. I do not kid about this either but pretty much every time we've ordered food its always an adventure as to what we actually end up with. Somehow orange juice turns into old fashioned donut and iced tea turns into vanilla latte which also turns into vanilla iced tea (disgusting, I dont reccomend it). I've gotten wrong bagels, wrong cream cheeses, wrong breakfast sandwiches and wrong drinks. Unless you stick with the basics (coffee and donut!) they just dont seem to understand what your asking for. I can forgive mistakes here and there but its seriously every morning and a shock when its right. 12/1/09 - Slight update. Ordered the usual onion bagel with chive cream cheese and ended up with plain cream cheese....they even repeated chive cream cheese back to us and I still get the wrong order... [:\ 12/4/09 - Another small update, might even be fun to keep updating on the adventures in ordering this place provides. No straw with my bf's iced coffee! Seriously, I need a bagel place to open in des plaines.

I'm a DD addict. And this place for lack of better word sucks. I've literally gotten into fights in the drivethru with the people because she sat there asking me to repeat myself for 20 minutes. The one by the old mcdonalds is a better choice. Cause this one will NEVER get your order right.

Horrible. Really. Unless you want to keep repeating your order or have them screw up your order... It's been like that for years even though I've complained to the franchise owner and corporate HQ. Sometimes I feel I'm at a swap-0-rama. e.g. I ask for a chocolate chip muffin. They give me a blueberry. I ask why they tell me because they don't have any and these are just as good... Sometimes it's like the Abbot and Costello routine "Who's on first.."

I will admit it...I am a DD Coffee junkie. I order medium coffee, extra cream, extra sugar every day! I have stopped using this location because of the inconsistancy of my drink. Everyday it tastes different (bad)! I just started going a bit out of my way to the DD on Elmhurst Rd (which has great reviews) to get my regular drink that tastes the same everyday great)!
